Summer Swim Reminders - Time sensitive!!
Please keep in mind that the next couple of days include important deadlines/start times!
Monday/Tomorrow at 8pm: Job sign ups open - not sure what that means? see below*
Tuesday AM: Spiritwear sales close: order now don’t forget: Capital Swim & Sport will add logo to black swim suits.
Tuesday PM: Practices start for 13+ over from 4-5pm! Ages 9-12 from 5-6pm; 8 & Under from 6-6:30pm.
Pre-Team: Sign up for tryouts on Monday, Tuesday, June 2-3.

| Timers - Anyone and everyone can do this - use a stopwatch (messy handwriting? don’t offer to write times!) |
| Head Timer/Assistant Head Timer - timed before? Try this! |
| Runner - run heat sheets to the automation table |
Awards - sticker ribbons, sort into envelopes; may last a little longer than the meet |
Set Up/Take Down - requires some manual labor to move equipment around the facility |
Concession Sales - sell food and drinks |
| Parking Attendant - direct visiting team where to park to avoid neighbors’ anger :) arrive early and finish at half |
