Dear Ladybug Families,

Time Trials are tomorrow! Please take a moment to review the following info about the meet. 

Arrival Times:

• 7:30am - Set Up and Parking Volunteers
• 7:45am - Concessions
• 7:50am - 11 & Up swimmers for 8am warmups
• 8:10am - 10 & Under swimmers for 8:20am warmups
• 8:30am - Officials, Timers, Runner

Note: volunteer check-in will be between the lap pool, guard chair, and guard house.

Parking and Team Area - ONLY FOR TIME TRIALS:

• Families can park
  • in the pool lot
  • on the non-pool side of Cambria Ave
  • on Raleigh Av
  • on Clermont Ave or Keswick St on the other side of Strathmore Ave
• Do not park
  • on the pool side of Cambria Ave
  • blocking resident driveways
  • where orange cones are placed
• Swimmers/families may sit anywhere on the hill. Note that only coaches, swimmers, and volunteers should be on deck.

We encourage walking, biking, and carpooling!

Food and Drinks:

Breakfast sandwiches, muffins, donuts, bagels, assorted snacks, treats, and beverages (water/soda/coffee/sports drinks) are available for purchase. Note - no cash accepted, only electronic payments - Venmo preferred!

Reminders:

• It will be in the low seventies at 8am - make sure your swimmer has at least one towel, a sweatshirt, sweatpants/flannel pants, especially if they tend to be cold when they get out of the water. There is a lot of in and out of the water at a meet!
• Cap and goggles aren’t required, but they are recommended!
• Meet programs will come through email - keep an eye out if you want to see what event, heat, and lane your swimmer is in.
• The swimming should end between 11-11:30.
• Please help move the deck chairs off the hill and back to the pool areas after the meet!

If any swimmer or volunteer cannot make it tomorrow morning unexpectedly, please email the A Reps and Kevin so that we can find coverage or adjust the lineups.
