This is a Division Championship, so all 6 teams in Division H will be there competing. There are 2 heats of each event with the top 2 swimmers from each team swimming.

Parking: The parking lot will not be available for general parking until after 7:30. There is an elementary school next door and a church across the street. You can park in either of these lots. Overflow parking can be found at Falls Road Local Park across Falls Road from Potomac Woods Pool.

Meet Timeline:

• Swimmers Arrive: no later than6:45 AM - gather in parking lot to meet with coaches & walk in together
• Volunteers: Check in with Areps by by 7:10 AM or prior to your briefing meeting
• Garrett Park warm-up: 7:15 AM - 7:30 AM
• Meet Start: 8:00 AM

Volunteer Briefings:

• Ref/Starter/Head & Asst Timers Briefing: 7:25 AM
• Stroke & Turn Briefing: 7:30 AM
• Timers & Take-off Judge Briefing: 7:40 AM
• Scratch Meeting(coach/reps/clerk-of-course): 7:45 AM

Garrett Park Team Area: The team area is at the turn end of the pool and will be roped off and labeled. It is the 3rd spot on your right as you walk in. Please bring chairs. The area is shaded & the team will have 2 tents. If you’d like to bring a tent to help shade the deck areas over swimmers and volunteers, that would be appreciated.

Concessions: Freshly made breakfast sandwiches, hot and cold coffee, Bethesda Bagels, Krispy Kreme Donuts, as well as the usual snack bar snacks and beverages – Cash and Venmo.

Programs will not be sold. However, heat sheets will be emailed and are attached to this event. The meet will be available on Meet Mobile - DIvision H Divisionals 2024.

Division H Shirts

Shirts will be available for purchase at the meet. If you want to be sure to get the size you want, purchase early. The shirts will be sold in a central location - TBD. They will take cash, credit & apple pay. This is the one opportunity to purchase the Division H shirt.
